University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health

I grew up in Oconto, Wisconsin, a small city north of Green Bay. I attended the University of Wisconsin- Madison for undergrad and then the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine program for medical school. I moved here to Lansing with my fiancé, Lucas, and puppy, Zion. We spend our free weekends exploring new parks and trails together, and attempting home improvement projects. I also cherish spending time and talking with friends and family from back home. My brother and his wife recently had a baby, so I am loving being an aunt! I have already learned so much about being an OB/GYN during my first few months at Sparrow. I appreciate the supportive environment from my co-residents and diverse education from both faculty and private attendings.
